Refund policy

At Hustle Hard Fantasy Football, many of our products are made to order or shipped from specialized fulfillment partners. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Custom League Gear)

  • All apparel is made to order.

  • All apparel sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or size exchanges.

  • Custom and personalized items cannot be changed once an order is placed.

By completing your purchase, you confirm:

  • You selected the correct size.

  • All customization details (names, numbers, spelling) are accurate.

Trading Cards & Collectibles

  • All trading cards and collectible items are final sale.

  • No returns, refunds, or cancellations.

  • Collectible items require a physical shipping address.

  • We do not ship collectible items to PO Boxes.

  • Signature confirmation is required for delivery.

All collectible shipments are securely packaged and shipped via USPS.

Third-Party Fulfilled Products (Supplies & Accessories)

Some items may ship directly from fulfillment partners.

  • These items are generally final sale.

  • Return eligibility, if available, is determined on a case-by-case basis according to the fulfillment partner’s policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

While rare, production or shipping errors can occur.

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number in the subject line.

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The item (front and back)

    • The issue / defect / damage

    • The packaging and or hangtag (if applicable)

Approved claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Order Review & Cancellation Rights

Hustle Hard Fantasy Football reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Resale or wholesale activity

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspicious transaction patterns

  • Policy violations

If an order is canceled before fulfillment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
