Welcome to Hustle Hard Fantasy Football (“Hustle Hard FF”), a brand operated by Michael LaSalle LLC, a New York limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our site or placing an order.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given consent for a minor dependent to use this site under your supervision.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse of policies, or violation of these Terms.

2. PRODUCTS & BUSINESS MODEL DISCLOSURE

Hustle Hard Fantasy Football sells the following categories of products:

Print-on-demand apparel and merchandise
Personalized or custom products
Sports trading cards and collectible trading cards
Pre-graded and authenticated trading cards

We operate as an independent reseller and retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any professional sports league, sports team, athlete, trading card manufacturer, or third-party grading company.

3. TRADING CARDS & COLLECTIBLES — FINAL SALE

All trading cards and collectible items are sold as-is and final sale, unless otherwise required by law.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Sports cards
Pokémon and other trading card games
Graded and slabbed cards
Limited-quantity or one-of-one collectibles

Due to the nature of collectibles and market volatility, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for trading cards or collectibles for reasons including buyer remorse, market value changes, or subjective condition opinions.

4. GRADED & AUTHENTICATED CARDS DISCLAIMER

Certain trading cards sold on this site are graded and authenticated by independent third-party grading companies (such as PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC, or similar services).

All grades, certifications, and condition assessments are determined solely by the third-party grading company.
Hustle Hard Fantasy Football does not grade, alter, re-grade, or reassess any card.
Certification numbers may be provided and can be verified directly through the grading company’s official database.
Slabbed cards are sold as graded, and condition disputes are not valid if the slab is intact and unaltered.

We make no guarantees regarding future grading outcomes, re-grades, or subjective evaluations.

5. TRADEMARKS, NAMES & NOMINATIVE FAIR USE

Product titles, descriptions, and images may reference trademarks, brand names, athletes, teams, or franchises solely for the purpose of identifying the authentic product being sold.

This usage constitutes nominative fair use and does not imply:

Endorsement
Sponsorship
Licensing
Official partnership

Hustle Hard Fantasy Football does not create original merchandise using copyrighted characters, athlete likenesses, or protected artwork without authorization.

6. PRINT-ON-DEMAND & MANUFACTURING VARIANCE

Print-on-demand products are manufactured specifically for each order.

Customers acknowledge that:

Minor color variations may occur between on-screen displays and printed products
Slight placement, sizing, or material variations are normal
Such variations do not constitute defects

These characteristics are inherent to the print-on-demand process.

7. PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM PRODUCTS — FINAL SALE

Personalized or custom products are final sale and non-returnable. Exceptions apply only if:

The item arrives damaged, or
There is a verified manufacturing defect

To qualify for a replacement:

Proof of damage or defect must be provided
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Photo documentation is required

Sizing errors, customer input errors, or preference changes are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

8. SHIPPING, CARRIERS & RISK OF LOSS

Orders are shipped via carriers selected at fulfillment (including USPS or third-party fulfillment partners).

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.
Carrier delays, misroutes, or service disruptions are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.
Shipping insurance or claims are subject to carrier policies.

9. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders shipped to the address provided by the customer are considered successfully delivered. Hustle Hard Fantasy Football is not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

10. FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACKS

We reserve the right to:

Cancel or refund orders flagged as high-risk or fraudulent
Request additional verification before fulfillment
Refuse service to customers who abuse disputes or chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of payment systems may result in permanent account or purchase restrictions.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original content on this site, including branding, designs, logos, text, and layout, is the property of Hustle Hard Fantasy Football and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hustle Hard Fantasy Football shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts located within the State of New York, as permitted by law.
